6.3 Bet Settlement

Bets will be settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the ICC for international cricket, the BCB for BPL fixtures). In the event that an official result is not declared within 72 hours of the scheduled completion of an event, 758bd reserves the right to void all bets on that event and return stakes to players.

6.4 Errors and Manifest Mistakes

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, game-specific rules, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 758bd and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the subject matter herein.
